HI I have a question,after i reinstallwindows 10 is missing Base System Device,i have a laptop HP Pavilion dv6929nr Entertainment Notebook PC,is older laptop,about 10years old,HP no longer give me windows. I happened to go into Device Manager and noticed that there was a problem with Base System Device. Actually, there were several Base System Device driver errors, all with question marks.
